What is the standard timeline for an order?

As a standard, from consultation to delivery, expect 6–10 weeks.

Note: However, based on the complexity of the design, embellishments, and fitting schedules, the outfit may take longer than 6-10 weeks. Specific timelines would be discussed during the consultation.

When do you start counting the order timeline?

Accepted Answer

The timeline starts counting after the client has approved the design, after we have received or taken your measurements, and after we have received the initial deposit payment.

Can I design my own outfit?

Yes, if you have a unique design you have already sketched or a combination of styles you would like to see in your dress, we will be glad to help you bring those ideas to life.

Please bring these to your consultation with pictures as a reference.

What if I need an express order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (for in-person collections).  For bank transfers, please allow up to 3 business days for funds to clear before collection or dispatch.

We are located in Birmingham, UK, but we are open to receiving clients within the UK and internationally.
