Payment Terms
Initial Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon design approval and signing of the order form. This deposit officially commences your bespoke journey with Ohifumere and secures your place in our creation schedule.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due at your final fitting appointment. For virtual clients, final payment is required upon final approval before shipping. No garment will be released for collection or dispatch until payment is received in full.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. For bank transfers, please allow up to 3 business days for funds to clear before collection or dispatch.
Payment Timeline
If payment schedules need adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at least 7 days in advance to arrange alternative payment dates. Missed payments without prior notification may result in order suspension and application of our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation
Within 7 Days of Deposit: If you wish to cancel within 7 days of making your initial deposit payment, you may do so with 48 hours written notice. A £200 administrative fee will be deducted from your deposit refund to cover consultation time and initial design work.
After 7 Days: Cancellations made after 7 days of making your initial deposit payment would be non-refundable as the materials are specifically tailored to your measurements and design specifications.
Order Suspension
If payment schedules are not met or client appointments are consistently missed without 48 hours notice, orders may be suspended for up to 3 months. After this period, the cancellation policy will apply.
Ohifumere-Initiated Changes
Should we need to make significant changes to agreed timelines due to fabric availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide immediate notification and work with you to find suitable alternatives. If no suitable alternative can be reached, a full refund will be provided.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
Final Garments
All sales are final upon collection or delivery. As our garments are made-to-measure and personalized to your specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged; however, alteration services may apply within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
Note: These terms form part of your service agreement with Ohifumere. By signing the order form and making payment, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Alterations & Fit Guarantee
Complimentary Alterations
We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer complimentary alterations within 2 weeks of garment collection or delivery. This ensures your Ohifumere piece fits you perfectly and meets our exacting standards.

Our complimentary alteration service covers:

Alteration Process
To request alterations, please contact us within the 2-week period to schedule an appointment. For virtual clients, detailed photos and measurements may be required to assess the necessary adjustments. We will complete most alterations within 7-10 working days of your appointment.
What's Not Included
The following alterations require additional charges as they constitute design changes rather than fit corrections:

Damage caused by wear, cleaning, or client handling
Condition Requirements
Garments must be clean and in the same condition as when collected to qualify for complimentary alterations. Any damage from wear, improper storage, or cleaning will void the alteration guarantee.
Time Limits
After the 2-week complimentary period, alterations are available at standard rates. We reserve the right to assess whether requested changes are feasible without compromising the garment's integrity.
Virtual Client Considerations
For clients receiving garments via delivery, the 2-week period begins from the confirmed delivery date. We recommend trying on your garment immediately upon receipt and contacting us within 48 hours if alterations are needed.
Note: This alteration policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Ohifumere garment while maintaining the integrity of our bespoke craftsmanship. All alteration requests are subject to our assessment of feasibility and garment construction.
Fitting Sessions Policy
Appointment Scheduling
All fitting sessions are conducted by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
Advance Notice Requirements
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of fitting appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a £50 missed appointment fee being charged to your account.
What to Bring
You must bring the exact undergarments and shoes you intend to wear with your completed garment to all fitting sessions. Failure to bring appropriate foundation garments may result in the fitting being rescheduled at an additional charge of £50.
Fitting Duration
Design consultations and first fittings typically last 60-90 minutes. Subsequent fittings generally require 45-60 minutes. Please allow adequate time for your appointment to ensure thorough attention to fit and details.
Number of Fittings
Most garments require 2-3 fittings for optimal results:

Attendees
Please attend fitting appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional guests may interfere with the fitting process and accurate assessment of fit.
Virtual Fitting Process
For virtual clients, we provide detailed measurement guidelines and supervise the measurement process via video call.
Communication During Fittings
Clear communication is essential for achieving the perfect fit. Please express any concerns about comfort, movement, or appearance during your fitting session. We cannot address issues that are not communicated to us during the fitting process.
Fitting Preparation
Please arrive on time and dress appropriately for easy changing. Fitted undergarments are recommended to allow accurate assessment of your silhouette.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a £25 rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend scheduled fitting appointments without notice will be charged the full missed appointment fee of £50. After two consecutive missed appointments without adequate notice, we reserve the right to require full payment before scheduling additional fittings.
Timeline Impact
Missed fitting appointments may delay your garment completion timeline. We will make every effort to accommodate urgent requests, but cannot guarantee original delivery dates if fitting schedules are not maintained.
