Step 1: Reach Out
Your journey begins the moment you connect with us through our website, social media, event, exhibition, a referral, or phone call. Every path to Ohifumere is welcome, we're here when you're ready to explore the possibilities.
Step 2: Free Consultation
We start with understanding you. In this complimentary session, we discuss your upcoming event, explore our services, understand your vision, and establish timelines. This is where we begin to see your story unfold.
Design & Vision
Step 3: Design Consultation
Now we dive deeper into your dream. Whether in-person or virtual, we'll explore your vision in detail, share sketches and fabric, options, take precise measurements, and set clear timelines. For virtual consultations, we provide detailed measurement guidelines and supervise the process to ensure perfect accuracy.
Step 4: Design Approval
Once you've fallen in love with the design, you'll approve the concept and sign your order form. A deposit secures your place in our creation schedule, and your bespoke journey officially begins.
Creation & Craftsmanship
Step 5: Foundation Fitting (Optional)
If you've chosen a toile fitting, we'll create a test garment in muslin within 2 weeks of commencement and you’ll be invited for a fitting appointment. This allows us to perfect the fit before working with your final fabric, ensuring absolute precision.
Step 7: Refinement
We make any necessary adjustments and add the beautiful embellishments and trimmings that make your piece uniquely yours. Every detail is attended to with care.
Step 6: First Creation
Your garment comes to life in the chosen fabric (3 - 6 weeks from commencement or toile fitting). For in-person clients, we schedule your first fitting. For virtual clients, we share detailed photos and videos for your review.
Step 8: Final Fitting
The moment of truth, your final fitting ensures everything is absolutely perfect. For virtual clients, we cross check against your current measurement to account for any changes and send detailed photos and videos for review.
Completion & Celebration
Step 9: Final Payment
Once you're completely satisfied with your garment, the final balance is due. We add any finishing touches and prepare your piece for collection or shipping.
Step 10: Beautiful Delivery
Whether you're collecting in person or receiving your garment by special delivery, we coordinate the perfect timing. Our signature packaging makes the experience feel like receiving a treasured gift.
Step 11: Your Moment
We follow up to ensure your complete satisfaction. But most importantly, we celebrate with you on your special day because your confidence and joy are what make all of this worthwhile.
