Delivery Options & Times
Standard UK Shipping: 3–7 business days after final approval and payment.
Express UK Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee applies).
International Shipping: 5–10 business days via tracked courier.
Shipping Costs
Calculated upon order completion based on destination and weight.
Order Processing
All orders ship once final payment is received and the garment passes quality inspection. You will receive tracking information by email or WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.
Customs & Duties
We currently offer international shipping to all countries excluding Afghanistan, Belarus, North Korea, Russia, some remote islands and other restricted areas.
Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the item and the destination.
Once the order is ready for shipping, it will be weighed and an invoice of your shipping cost will be sent to your email.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Ohifumere is not liable for delays or charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include tracking details you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at info@ohifumere.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with carriers to resolve the issue.
