Service Description
During your design consultation, we'll collaborate to bring your vision to life by exploring fabric options, discussing colour palettes and embellishments such as beading, embroidery, or trim details, and reviewing design sketches that capture your personal style and requirements. We'll take comprehensive measurements to ensure a perfect fit, assess your body shape to recommend the most flattering silhouettes, and discuss timeline expectations for your bespoke garment creation. This personalised session allows us to understand your lifestyle needs, special occasion requirements, and budget considerations while providing you with fabric samples and initial design concepts.
Cancellation Policy
Design consultation appointments must be booked at least 5 days in advance and require a non-refundable deposit of £180 to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your final order if you proceed with a commission. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, or a cancellation fee of £50 will apply to cover administrative costs and lost booking opportunities. Consultations are designed to discuss your vision, explore fabric options, and determine the best approach for your bespoke garment, with no obligation to purchase, but appointments are essential to ensure dedicated time and personalised attention for your project.
